This site is a marketing site for a medical billing company. It collects practice-side contact information when you choose to send it. It is not a place to send patient records.

What we collect
If you use the contact form or the short office form, we receive your name, practice name, email, phone, and the practice-side answers you chose (who you are in the office, kind of practice, and how unpaid work is handled). We store that so we can follow up. We ask you to attest that you are not sending protected health information. Do not include patient names, dates of birth, member IDs, or clinical notes.
How we use it
We use that information to return your inquiry about billing, credentialing, or related services. We do not sell it. We do not use this site as a patient portal.
Where it is stored
Inquiries may be stored in a private database (Supabase) used only by Danlyns, and may also be emailed through an email provider (Resend) when that service is configured. If neither is configured, the form will fail clearly and you should call.
Email delivery
When email is configured, a copy of the inquiry is sent to the office so someone can follow up. The short form is intake for that call. It is not a score of the practice or a collection-rate benchmark.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) may exist for security and operations. We apply a simple rate limit on the contact and assessment endpoints to reduce abuse.
